Santan Island, located within the Thousand Islands Lake Scenic Area at the junction of the central and southeastern lake areas, is the only island connected by land. The Santan Island Scenic Area comprises three main areas: the Shanzhai Relics Scenic Area, the Animal Participation and Entertainment Area, and the Specialty Dining Area.
