Qiandao Lake Water Spirit Cinema and Theater is located on the Pearl Peninsula of Qiandao Lake . It currently hosts the only live water stage night show in China, "Qingdao Lake . Water Spirit". It is based on the beautiful water culture of Qiandao Lake and uses the world's leading and China's only naked eye 3D technology. It is equipped with the world's leading full-coefficient digital imaging technology, real-person stereoscopic panoramic stage and other latest technologies. It presents the local profound history and culture and rich regional characteristics in the form of a panoramic water stage, which is a visual feast.

In order to create first-class boutique tourism performances, the entire theater uses imported mid-to-high-end audio equipment, domestic first-class lighting equipment, and is installed with three forms of wire ropes; at the same time, three high-definition LED screens are set on both sides of the stage entrance of the auditorium to extend the performance in the stage area; the stage area is also equipped with a lifting orchestra pit and a small round stage that can be lifted by 6 meters.
