The Santai Clouds and Waters scenic area combines the mountainous landscapes of Zhejiang Province and the waterside landscapes of the south of the Yangtze River. Centered around Yuhu Bay, it borders Yanggong Dike to the east, Santaishan Road to the west, Wuguitan Scenic Area to the north, and Hupao Road to the south. It is ranked eighth among the ten scenic spots of West Lake in the third review.
