Hike the scenic trails to the summit for panoramic views, visit the ancient temples and shrines scattered across the mountain, and enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding forests and waterfalls.

Wuyun Mountain, located between the Qiantang River and West Lake, is one of Hangzhou's famous mountains, connecting scenic spots such as Jiuxi, Yunqi, Meijiawu, and Longjing. With an altitude of over 300 meters, the mountain has five peaks, often covered with five-colored auspicious clouds, hence the name Wuyun Mountain.
Hangzhou is rich in water vapor, and there are many basins and valleys at the foot of the mountains. Due to the obvious temperature difference between the mountains and the foot of the mountain, the heat radiated by the sun during the day intersects with the space between the valleys, and merges with the water vapor from rivers, lakes and streams, and flows up along the mountain peaks. When it encounters the low temperature on the mountain, it forms " mountain clouds " , and then when it is exposed to sunlight, it presents a colorful color like a rainbow.
A pavilion stands on the mountainside, adorned with the couplet " A long causeway cuts through the lake, a Z-shaped zigzag divides the two Zhejiang mountains . " This vividly captures the moving beauty of the mountain scenery. At the summit lie the remains of the Zhenji Temple, built during the Five Dynasties. In addition to three ancient wells, there's also a 21-meter-tall, 1,400-year-old ginkgo tree, so tall it takes five people to hug it. It's known as " Hangzhou's No. 1 Ancient Tree . "
