Introducing Xizhongxi

Xizhongxi is located in the Jiuxi Scenic Area in Xihu District, Hangzhou. It has beautiful scenery and pleasant views. It links the Nine Creeks and Eighteen Streams and is one of the scenic spots integrating tourism, leisure and entertainment.

The Nine Creeks and Eighteen Streams fork in a Y shape above the " Creek in the Stream . " From " Creek in the Stream ," heading east along the stream, known as the Nine Creeks, one reaches Yangmeiling Village, then passes Yanxialing and reaches Manjuelong. The scenery along the way is as stunning as that of West Tianmu Mountain.

The remains of the ancient Li'an Temple, dating back to the Five Dynasties, are still preserved in the quiet canyon, offering a glimpse into the atmosphere of an ancient temple hidden in the mountains . From " Xizhongxi " ( Stream in the Stream ) heading west is known as Shibajian. Along the way, the stream rises and falls, its currents sometimes fast and sometimes slow. Passing countless mountain screens and valley entrances, after many twists and turns, you'll finally reach Longjing Village, a tea-growing village. Further east, you'll reach Xili Lake.
