The White Pagoda stands 39.56 meters (37.1 meters) tall, a 13-story square brick tower with imitation wood-style dense eaves. Its unique shape and exquisite craftsmanship make it of great historical and artistic value. It is considered one of the Eight Scenic Spots of Chongcheng and is now a protected cultural relic in Sichuan Province. The White Pagoda is a pavilion-style brick tower with a stone base and a Sumeru pedestal. The tower's perimeter is carved with dragon and scale patterns.
The tower has thirteen levels, with an arched entrance on the first. Levels one through ten each contain a small niche, each housing a deity statue, for a total of ninety-three niches. There are ten doors and nine windows. The tower is entirely wall-covered with white plaster, while the columns, beams, and brackets are painted an earthy yellow, a vibrant color that shines particularly brightly in the sunlight.
The tower's neck is a millstone-like iron piece, hollow in the center and round on the outside. This not only protects against lightning strikes, but also allows people to climb to the top and enjoy the scenery of Nanchong. "From the top, one can gaze at the beauty of a thousand peaks, while the sound of the bells reaches the clouds," a phrase that has become another Nanchong scenic spot.

To expand this cultural attraction and meet public demand, Gaoping District recently assembled experts to design a blueprint for the second phase of Baita Park's renovation and expansion, following the first phase of the park's renovation. The plan calls for Baita Park to triple its existing size, incorporate Han Dynasty-style landscape architecture, and develop five major recreational areas, ultimately transforming it into one of Nanchong's most beautiful parks.
