The Zhejiang Art Museum, located on Nanshan Road in Hangzhou, beside West Lake and adjacent to Wansongling, is one of the most modern art museums in the world, with a strikingly modern exterior. It houses and exhibits numerous works reflecting the development of Zhejiang art, particularly works, cultural relics, and documents by modern and contemporary artists from Zhejiang and those who have played a significant role in the region. It also features representative works and documents by influential art schools, both domestically and internationally, as well as exquisite works from ancient and modern art, folk art, and arts and crafts.
