The scenic area integrates a diverse mix of history and culture, folk customs and arts, live performances, leisure and entertainment, and cultural architecture. The main area is based on Zhuge Liang's Bagua formation, with a water street and a dry street as the primary circulation routes, symbolizing the yin and yang of the Bagua.

The project area is surrounded by abundant cultural and tourism resources, which are very close to each other. There are more than ten scenic spots of various sizes, most of which are cultural landscapes, basically based on the Three Kingdoms culture, with a small amount of natural landscapes.

The ancient town is steeped in Three Kingdoms culture. Therefore, the design of themed exhibition halls dedicated to Three Kingdoms culture, Zhuge Liang culture, and military culture, such as the Cold Weapon Museum, the Integrity Hall, and the Loyalty Hall, complements the surrounding tourism industry and serves as a link between culture and commerce within the scenic area.
