The Patriotic Health Campaign Memorial Hall, located in Xiaoying Jiangnan Hongxiang, Hangzhou City , is the first Patriotic Health Campaign Memorial Hall in China. The Hangzhou Xiaoyingxiang community where the memorial hall is located is also a microcosm of the development of China's Patriotic Health Campaign.

In this two-story building with alternating gray and brown colors and an ancient atmosphere, exhibits are relevant historical materials and objects collected by the staff of the Hangzhou Patriotic Health Campaign Committee Office who traveled to more than 20 provinces and cities.

The memorial hall is divided into four sections: the Great Initiative of the Patriotic Health Campaign; the Development and Innovation of the Patriotic Health Campaign; the Deepening and Innovation of the Patriotic Health Campaign; and the Organization and Protection of the Patriotic Health Campaign. Through the display of artifacts, relief carvings, and multimedia, the exhibition showcases the history of China's Patriotic Health Campaign since 1952 and highlights its significant contribution to the development of a healthy China.
