Wangjiang Tower, also known as Tianhan Tower, was built during the Southern Song Dynasty and is located within the ancient Han Terrace in Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province. A three-story octagonal pagoda, Wangjiang Tower stands 17.5 meters tall. From the top, one can overlook the entire city of Hanzhong. The phrase "the Han River flows east for thousands of miles, and the Qin Clouds are viewed from the top tower" is often used to describe Wangjiang Tower. Combining the strengths of northern and southern architecture, Wangjiang Tower, with its architectural style from the late Qing Dynasty to the early Republic of China, is a landmark ancient building in Hanzhong.

The Stone Drum Pavilion on the west side houses a jade drum, also known as Yuetai Cangyu. Legend has it that it was the stone where Emperor Liu Bang of Han mounted his horse, and it is one of the "Eight Scenic Spots of Hanzhong."
