Introducing Chongyi Hall

Chongyi Church, located at No. 26-28 Xintang Road, Jianggan District , is the first church in China built with government funding. It has a history of more than 100 years and is well-known at home and abroad for its unique design concept, novel architectural style and distinctive religious stance.

Chongyi Church is one of the landmark buildings in Hangzhou. The main hall can accommodate more than 5,000 people at the same time. It is equipped with a small chapel and a mother-and-child room. There are more than 2,000 volunteers who carry out more than 20 church ministries under the guidance of God.

The weather is suitable for all seasons. The church has two baptisms a year and the first Sunday of each month is the Holy Communion service.
