Han Meilin Art Museum, located in the north of Hangzhou Botanical Garden, is an art space related to the famous artist Mr. Han Meilin, integrating collection, exhibition, research, public education and international exchanges.
Mr. Han Meilin's wife is from Hangzhou, so he felt the beauty and depth of Hangzhou even more deeply, and from then on he had an indissoluble bond with Hangzhou. Therefore, Mr. Han Meilin had the original intention of donating 1,000 pieces of art works he had painstakingly created over decades to the city of Hangzhou.
The Hangzhou Han Meilin Art Museum has a total of 7 exhibition halls, including the Prologue Hall, Footprints, Sculpture Hall, Painting Hall, Zisha Hall, Ceramic Craft Hall, and Comprehensive Art Hall. It exhibits more than 1,500 pieces, which comprehensively and systematically display Mr. Han Meilin's artistic achievements, various artistic talents and unlimited creativity.
