Yong'an Mountain, located in Chang'an Town, Fuyang District, Hangzhou, is the largest, most comprehensively equipped, most complete and most scenic paragliding training base in China and even in Asia. In 2008, it was officially named the China Paragliding Training Base by the State General Administration of Sport. In 2022 , it was designated as the Hangzhou Asian Games Paragliding Base.

The base is strategically located, surrounded by mountains on three sides. With year-round westerly winds, there's ample airflow for takeoff and gliding, and it's a great place to camp and barbecue at night. Paragliding carnivals are also held every weekday at the base.
