The Third Fuchun River Bridge, also known as the Chaibu Bridge, is located in Tonglu, Hangzhou , spanning the Fuchun River. One end is Meixiang Village, Jun Street, and the other end is Chaibu Village, Fengchuan Street. It is 1,315.7 meters long and has both urban road functions and a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour.

This bridge, a perfect match for the beautiful Tonglu River, was designed by a top domestic landscape design firm. The upper structure is painted yellow, reflecting the golden flower fields on both sides and the warm-colored star-shaped roof, while the base of the bridge is painted a similar pale green to the river.

The bridge's nightscape is currently being created. The pagoda is illuminated with floodlights, creating a scene reminiscent of a mountainous landscape. Yellow linear lighting lines along the bridge's box girders symbolize the golden passage connecting the two banks. During major holidays, the bridge will be draped in a rainbow.
