Zhang Xueming's former residence is located at No. 50, Munan Road, Heping District, Tianjin. It was built in 1925 and is a two-story courtyard-style residence. The front building is the main building, where the owner eats, lives and lives, and the back building is the servants' residence and family classroom.

Zhang Xueming, the younger brother of Zhang Xueliang, served as mayor of Tianjin before liberation. He was also a recognized gourmet, well-versed in various cuisines. His residence was exquisitely appointed. The main building, a Western-style building with a sloping roof, features a purple-red machine-made brick exterior and luxurious interior decoration.
