Qianlong Cave, located near Qianlong Miao Village in Maogan Township, western Baoting Li and Miao Autonomous County, Hainan Province, is the largest karst cave discovered in Hainan Province. Over 400 meters long, it boasts a breathtaking and unique shape. The cave is nestled within a mountain, and the mountain within the cave, creating a mysterious and captivating scene. Furthermore, exotic flowers and plants, flowing springs and waterfalls create a captivating spectacle.
The cave is divided into two levels. The upper, dry cavern comprises six large and small halls, arranged like a string of beads: the Dragon Gate Hall, the Dragon King Hall, the Arc de Triomphe, the Heavenly Palace, and the Sea-Connecting Corridor. The largest hall is over 50 meters long, 30 meters wide, and over 40 meters high, accommodating over a thousand people. Within the halls, a forest of stone pillars, stalagmites, stone pagodas, and colorful stone curtains create a myriad of lifelike shapes, a truly captivating spectacle that inspires awe at nature's uncanny craftsmanship and a truly captivating sight that will leave you wanting to linger.
