Introducing Linshe

Linshe, also known as the Lin Qi Memorial Hall, is located on the northern slope of Gushan Mountain in Hangzhou, east of the Fanghe Pavilion. Facing West Lake, the two-story building, a blend of Chinese and Western styles and featuring upturned eaves and corners, is the former residence of Lin Qi , the founder of Qiushi Academy and a renowned educator in the late Qing Dynasty.

The life story of Lin Qi is introduced inside through sound, light, electricity exhibition means, power amplifiers, computer touch screens and other facilities, and a memorial statue of Lin Qi is set up on the small green space on the south side of the Lin Qi Memorial Hall.
