
The Rose Garden ( Aquatic Plant Area) of Hangzhou Botanical Garden is located in Taoyuanling area in the west of Hangzhou Botanical Garden. The plants in the garden are mainly aquatic plants and Rosaceae plants. It is a unique plant specialty garden.
The park boasts over 170 species of aquatic plants , including lotus, water lily, calamus, and sedge grass, as well as over 1,800 plants from several major categories, including peach, cherry, crabapple, apricot, plum, apricot, heather, spirea, rose, and costus root. In addition, the park boasts colorful foliage species such as ginkgo, soapberry, and red maple.
The weather is suitable for all seasons, with peach blossoms, cherry blossoms, and crabapples blooming in spring.
