Zhelin Waterfall is located in the Zhelinkeng creek section of the Western Zhejiang Grand Canyon Scenic Area. The area is characterized by steep rocks and lush trees, and features two waterfalls: the upper Longmen Waterfall, with a broad, curtain-like cascade, and the lower Yansheng Waterfall, with a slender, silk-like cascade. Together, the two waterfalls resemble silk threads and curtains .

To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the scenic area's development, a new six-meter-diameter waterwheel was built outside the exit, symbolizing " the cycle of fortune . " Downstream of the waterwheel, a new stone arch bridge, named Fengzhe Bridge , was built .
