Zhelin Waterfall is located in the Zhelinkeng creek section of the Western Zhejiang Grand Canyon Scenic Area. To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the scenic area's development, a new six-meter-diameter waterwheel was built outside the exit, symbolizing " the cycle of fortune . " Downstream of the waterwheel, a new stone arch bridge, named Fengzhe Bridge , was built .
