Jianpao Villa, commonly known as Xiaoliuzhuang or Xiaolianzhuang , is located at 32 Beishan Street, Xihu District, Hangzhou , at the foot of Baoshi Mountain. Built in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China, it is a Chinese-style manor villa meticulously crafted over many years by Liu Jinzao, the second son of Liu Yong, the richest man in Nanxun.

As the first villa that combines Chinese and Western styles, Jianpao Villa is conservative, with a strong Chinese flavor in the red bricks, green bricks, arched windows, sloping roofs and gardens. The railings of the entire villa are completely Western-style, while the porch presents a Chinese form.
