The owner was the owner of the Wenglongsheng Tea Shop, who lent it to the Post Office as the office space for the Second Branch. The director was Qiu Peng. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, Zhu Jinxuan, the owner of the Jinda Nan Goods Shop, rented the house and opened the Jinda Nan Goods Shop.
