The My Heart Is in Harmony Pavilion is located on Xiaoyingzhou (Three Pools Mirroring the Moon) in West Lake. It is a combination pavilion built by the water, consisting of a main pavilion and auxiliary pavilions on both sides. There is a full-moon-shaped round hole door on the north side of the main pavilion, and the pavilion plaque " My Heart Is in Harmony " is inscribed above the hole door.

Hanging on the pavilion's pillars is a couplet written by the renowned writer Zhou Erfu: " The mountain's tranquility faces the misty waves; the pagoda's clear shadow is reflected in the moonlit water . " Leaving windows on either side of the cave entrance offer a classic vantage point for viewing the Three Pools of West Lake.
