Located in Songshu Village, Yushan Village Committee, Touyuan Office, Wencheng Town, Wenchang City, the Fu Family Residence, also known as the Songshu Big House, blends the rural residential style of northern Hainan, the arcade style of Nanyang, and the Islamic archway. Comprising three conjoined two-story tiled-roof houses and eight side rooms, the Fu Family Residence boasts 34 rooms, embodying Hainan's traditional three-entry, single-side-room style. The residence's distinctive architectural features include stacked Islamic-style arched corridors and the ingenious use of horseshoe, trefoil, bow, and pointed arches.

Now, all that remains are rusted chains and broken, mottled walls. Most of the wooden window frames are sagging or missing altogether. The roof tiles are scattered and their whereabouts unknown. The beams have been removed, leaving only a single strand of moss and weeds creeping up the high wall. The wooden steps leading to the second floor of the main building and the wooden floorboards have long since decayed. Despite its dilapidated state, the building's mere presence attracts countless visitors, hoping to glimpse its former glory.
