Introducing Gaozhuang Chenji

Gaozhuang Chenji, located in Xixi Wetland National Park in Hangzhou, is the manor of Gao Shiqi, a famous writer and calligrapher in the Qing Dynasty.During his southern tour, Emperor Kangxi praised Gaozhuang highly and gave it the word " bamboo window " . He also wrote a poem in high spirits: " The road to the flower garden is full of layers, and Chaisang grows out of fertile soil. The bamboo window is quiet and green with smoke, and the plum bank is ancient and fragrant with snow . "

Today's Gaozhuang consists of buildings such as Gaozhai, Zhuchuang, Nianhua Book House, Tongyin Hall, Jiaoyuan Poetry Society, as well as winding pools, corridors and pavilions. It is magnificent, surrounded by clouds and water, and the mysterious area is clear and bright. It reproduces the historical scene of Emperor Kangxi's visit to Gaozhuang. It is the most Qing Dynasty-style cultural attraction in Xixi National Wetland Park.
