Booking in advance is recommended, especially during peak seasons (like weekends or holidays). A week in advance is ideal to secure your spot and avoid long queues.
You will need at least half a day (4-5 hours) to fully enjoy skiing or snowboarding. If you plan to try multiple activities, you may want to spend a full day at the resort.
Guided ski lessons are available for beginners or those looking to improve their skills. Audio guides are not available, but ski instructors speak basic English and Mandarin.
The top of the ski slopes offers the best panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The resort's lodge also provides excellent views of the snow-covered terrain.
Currently, the resort does not offer night skiing or light shows. However, they may offer special holiday events during the winter season.
The resort is busiest during weekends and holidays. To avoid crowds, visit on weekdays, preferably in the morning.
The resort has clean toilets, food courts, cafes, and rest areas where you can relax. There are also rental shops for ski equipment and clothing.
The resort is family-friendly, with areas suitable for children. It is also accessible for elderly and disabled visitors, with ramps and other facilities available. However, some ski activities may be challenging for elderly or disabled visitors.
Cash is accepted, but cards and mobile payments (WeChat Pay, Alipay) are widely accepted at the resort for tickets, food, and rentals.
There are vegetarian options available at the resort's restaurants. Vegan and halal food options may be available in nearby restaurants.
The resort has small souvenir shops selling ski gear, apparel, and local handicrafts. Popular items include ski accessories and winter-themed souvenirs.
