The Central Academy of Drama, located at 39 Dongmianhua Hutong, Dongcheng District, Beijing, is directly under the Ministry of Education. It is an arts university focused on drama, film, and television education, and is China's highest institution for drama education. Its main departments include: Acting, Directing, Dramatic Literature, Stage Design, and Television and Film. It is a center for teaching and research in drama, film, and television in my country, a vital base for training and practice in the field, and the first higher education institution dedicated to drama education in New China.
