Yunfeng Mountain Scenic Area is located in Bulaotun Town, north of Miyun Reservoir, between the two major scenic areas in the east and west of Miyun District. It is adjacent to the Simatai Great Wall of Miyun Gubeikou and Wuling Mountain Scenic Area in the east, and Yunmeng Mountain Scenic Area in the west. In addition to the majestic mountain scenery and magnificent reservoir scenery, Yunfeng Mountain also has rich cultural relics. The thousand-year-old temple Chaosheng Temple and the largest cliff carvings in Beijing are unique in the scenic area.

Yunfeng Mountain is famous for its lavender and Zen temple. The tranquil temple, overflowing with lavender, and elegantly landscaped, create a distinctly idyllic atmosphere.
