The Kongque River, located in Bayingolin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Province, is a rare river system without tributaries, originating from Lake Bosten. The Kongque River Scenic Tourism Belt, encompassing 785 kilometers, features four parks, five bridges, and seven scenic spots, making it a popular spot for residents of the "Pear City" to relax and cool off. It is also known as the Drinking Horse River, owing to the legend that Ban Chao of the Eastern Han Dynasty once watered his horses there.
