The Shuangfeng Chaoyang Tower is located on the top of a hill on the east side of Sakuashi Port in Dalian City, Liaoning Province. It is located on the east side of the Seaside Park. The outer layer is a guardrail and the inner layer is a platform sightseeing area.

A cement staircase inlaid with cobblestones leads to the Shuangfeng Chaoyang Tower.

It is surrounded by the sea on three sides. Standing under the tower and looking down, you can see the majestic fishing port and military port, seagulls flying over the sea, and you can see the Saili, Guanglu, Haxian and Gexian Islands in the distance to the south. Looking back at the small city on the sea, it is fresh and beautiful.

The Twin Phoenix Chaoyang Tower is conical in shape, 20 meters high, with a spherical metal sculpture on top. The bottom diameter is about 1.5 meters, and it is surrounded by a pair of phoenix-shaped walls.

The Shuangfeng Chaoyang Tower was built in 1997 to commemorate the decades of solidarity between the military and civilians on the island, who worked together to build the once desolate old fishing village into the prosperous new island it is today.
