The Inner Mongolia Racecourse is located in the northern suburbs of Hohhot City. It is currently the largest racecourse in Asia, covering an area of 320,000 square meters and a construction area of 8,329 square meters.
The competition venue is equipped with an obstacle course, a skill performance area, a standard circular speed horse racing track, etc. Competition activities can be carried out simultaneously.
On the east side of the venue is a building consisting of a rostrum and an audience stand. It is 275 meters long and 36 meters high at its highest point. On the wide roof, there are four yurt-style buildings, one large and four small.
The dome roof of the yurt is decorated with white cloud patterns in blue and white, showing distinct ethnic and local characteristics. The viewing platform can accommodate more than 700 VIPs.
The racecourse is 750 meters long from east to west and 405 meters long from north to south. The track is oval in shape, 18 meters wide and has a circumference of 2,000 meters.
The entire racecourse can accommodate 100,000 people to watch the race, and is also equipped with 12 VIP lounges, 2 gyms, 45 athletes' dormitories, conference rooms, a game hall, exhibition hall, etc.
The stadium has now become one of the world's famous major stadiums.
