Hemu Jikepulin Ski Resort, located 5 kilometers east of the fairytale village of Hemu, is situated along the Kanas-Hemu Highway, boasting a prime location and flat terrain. The resort boasts a diverse range of mountain types, surrounded by mountains forming a natural alpine basin. The resort offers excellent snow quality, windless winters, and comfortable temperatures. Its moderate altitude and abundant snowfall make it ideal for training and competition in various snow sports. The resort is planned to cover 8.6 square kilometers, with 5.35 square kilometers of ski slopes and 40 square kilometers of covered skiable terrain. This project is a key component of the Altay Ice and Snow Tourism Region plan. Upon completion, it will become China's largest and world-class ice and snow tourism base.
