Huangbutan is located in Xingping Ancient Town, the 83-kilometer-long section of the Li River. After the cruise passes Yangdi and Jiumahua Mountain, the river gradually widens and becomes as smooth as a mirror, with reflections of the green peaks, which is a breathtaking beauty.
The river here is crystal clear, its emerald green revealing the bottom. From the surface, you can see a large beige stone slab at the bottom of the river, several meters long and wide, just like a piece of yellow cloth spread out on the riverbed, hence the name Huangbu Beach. The reflection of the yellow cloth is the essence of the essence of the Li River.
Of all the beautiful reflections of the Li River, the most captivating is that of Huangbu Beach. Here, the river is crystal clear, its emerald green transparent to the bottom. From the surface, you can see a large beige stone slab at the bottom of the river, several meters long and wide, resembling a piece of yellow cloth spread flat on the riverbed, hence the name Huangbu Beach.
The reflection of the yellow cloth is the essence of the Li River. Its beauty depends on the weather: on rainy days, the reflection is shattered by raindrops; on foggy days, the reflection is swallowed by the thick mist. Only on a clear, blue sky is the reflection clearest. Only then will the Seven Fairies reveal their gorgeous beauty to the public.
Reflection of yellow cloth
Huangbu Beach's reflections are the essence of the Li River's essence. The beauty of the Li River's mountains lies in their reflections; and among the most beautiful reflections of the Li River, the Huangbu Beach reflections are the most captivating. On clear days, the waters here are as smooth as a mirror, and the reflections of the Qingfeng peaks are crystal clear, making it the perfect spot for riverside photography. It truly feels like "clearly seeing the peaks of the Qingfeng peaks, with the boat sailing on them."
Fishing Lights at Huangbutan
The Li River Fishing Fires, a cultural and folk attraction with a thousand-year history in Yangshuo, originally a traditional fishing activity on the Li River, is one of Yangshuo's eight famous scenic spots. Every autumn, Yangshuo holds a colorful Fishing Fire Festival on the Li River. The captivating images of the fishing fires transport visitors from home and abroad into a mythical world. Fishermen, equipped with trained cormorants and navigating lightweight bamboo rafts, leisurely cast their nets across the river, a scene that is a favorite of many photography enthusiasts.
