In Xuyi, lobsters are available year-round. Authentic Xuyi lobsters are primarily farmed in the area's natural lakes. They are clean, large, plump, and rich in roe. They are cooked with a thirteen-spice lobster seasoning crafted from over 30 Chinese herbs grown in the pristine ecological environment of Tieshan Temple National Forest Park. They are delicious, unique, and contain numerous nutrients beneficial to the human body.
