Wangtian'e Scenic Area is located in the Wangtian'e Canyon of Shiwudaogou in Changbai Mountain. Wangtian'e Mountain is 2,051.4 meters above sea level and is the second highest peak in Northeast China.
Wangtian'e Mountain looks like a swan with its head held high in anticipation from a distance, hence its name. Surrounding the main peak are strange-looking rocks and towering ancient trees, which contrast beautifully with the snow-capped main peak of Changbai Mountain.
Wangtian'e Scenic Area is home to numerous unusual rocks and peculiar shapes, as well as numerous springs and waterfalls, which make one marvel at the ingenuity of nature. Famous waterfalls include Mushroom Spring Waterfall, Mother and Child Waterfall, Pearl Curtain Waterfall, and Nine-Fold Spring Waterfall, while unnamed waterfalls of all sizes are even more numerous.
