
The Puhua Underground River Scenic Area is located in Qianjiang District, Chongqing. It is a tributary of the Apeng River. It consists of the Puhua Underground River, natural bridges, large funnels, cliff plank roads, and the Puhua River Grand Canyon. Scenic spots include the Three Natural Bridges, Black Dragon Pool, Red Cave, and the Grand Canyon.
Three bridges spanning over 150 meters above the Puhua Underground River are a spectacular sight, while the large funnel known as the "Black Dragon Pool" is enigmatic. Stalactites and stalagmites line the banks of the underground river, a breathtaking sight. As the river flows into the gorge, visitors can admire gurgling water, boulders, shallows, vines, and wildflowers, creating a picturesque scene.
