Introducing Furong Tunnel
Furong Tunnel is one of Xiamen University's main attractions. Starting from the Furong Garden student cafeteria on the Xiamen University campus in the west, it crosses Shishan Mountain and ends at the entrance of the Xiamen University student apartments in the east. The tunnel is quite long, and it takes at least 20 minutes to walk from one end to the other.
It can be said to be the most artistic tunnel in China, with the longest graffiti tunnel in the country. Xiamen University students use the walls on both sides as canvases and have created many interesting graffiti works. They are colorful and varied, full of students' wild imagination and also very heartwarming. These works have transformed the ordinary stone tunnel into the most artistic tunnel it is today.
