Baigongyan Park is a large natural landscape park in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It is located at the foot of Longquan Mountain, 2.5 kilometers to the right of the Yangguangcheng Interchange on the Chengyu Expressway and 13 kilometers from the city center. It enjoys the reputation of "the first lake in Chengdu".
The lakeshore is lined with trees, like an emerald border, surrounded by towering greenery and a dense shade. In the distance, the shadows of mountains are faintly visible, layered like fish scales, like a master Chinese painter's brush, saturated with clear water, on rice paper to create a wonderful landscape painting.
The main attractions in the park include the Spiral Island with flowers and fruits, the loquat forest with lush trees and green leaves, the lotus pond with fish waves and fragrance, and the picnic area with curling smoke.
In spring, the garden is filled with pink peach blossoms and green willows, and all flowers are in full bloom; in summer, wild grasses sprout and emit a subtle fragrance, and fine trees are luxuriant and shady, where you can enjoy loquats and peaches; in autumn, when the clouds are light and high, chrysanthemums spread their branches and hibiscus is reflected in the water; in winter, wintersweets bloom and their aroma is everywhere.
