Panda Lake, located in Jiuzhaigou, Sichuan, lies at an altitude of 2,587 meters, 14 meters deep, and covers an area of ​​90,000 square meters. The unique rock formations along the lake's edge are reflected in the lake, creating a striking contrast with the round, panda-like white rocks naturally covered in black patterns beneath the surface. Giant pandas are considered auspicious and are deeply beloved by the Tibetans of Jiuzhaigou. It's said that the giant pandas of Jiuzhaigou love to wander, drink, and forage here, hence the name Panda Lake.

Panda Sea Waterfall

At 2,592 meters above sea level, the waterfall is 78 meters high and 50 meters wide at the top. It cascades in three stages. Walk to the end of the viewing platform on the north side of Panda Lake and descend a series of steep steps. You'll see a torrent cascading down to the valley floor on the right. Here, the torrent is broken into several sections by the protruding rock faces and boulders below the cliffs, creating a magnificent, cascading waterfall. In the depths of winter, the torrent freezes into icefalls, creating a magnificent crystal world.
