Guihu Park, located in the western suburbs of Xindu County, 18 kilometers from Chengdu, is the former residence of Yang Sheng'an, a renowned Ming Dynasty scholar. It is named for the osmanthus trees surrounding the lake. The lake's lotus and osmanthus flowers are renowned throughout China for their unique beauty. The lake is small and exquisite, boasting the Yangliu Tower, Chengxin Pavilion, Xiangshijie, Kangqiu Pavilion, and Luyi Pavilion, along with a forest of osmanthus trees.
