Introducing U37 Creative Park

U37 is located at No. 37, Shuizhanhe South Street, Chengdu. The site was formerly the warehouse and factory of Chengdu Pharmaceutical Group. The project includes 10 warehouse buildings constructed at various times, covering approximately 30,000 square meters. It also houses nine supporting rooms and equipment rooms, providing comprehensive supporting facilities.

Most of the buildings were constructed in the 1960s and 1970s, and their forms retain distinct characteristics of the era. The park is well-preserved, boasting abundant greenery, native trees, and vines. It enjoys a prime location, beautiful scenery, an elegant environment, excellent service, and a high-quality value.
