Golden Horse Square is the landmark building of Seda. The name of Seda County comes from the fact that a horse-shaped gold was found in Setang in the early years, so it is called "Golden Horse".

On one side of the Golden Horse Square is a relief wall dedicated to Gesar's culture and art. Built in 2005, the wall showcases Gesar's heroic life.
