Frog Lake is a plateau lake shaped like an inverted comma, approximately 1,000 meters long and several hundred meters wide at its widest point. It's a great spot for photographing snow-capped mountains, flowers, and the lake itself. Two unique frog-like rocks, called "Golden Frog" and "Silver Frog," also crouch in the water. The lake actually contains frogs, earning it the nickname "Frog Lake."

Frog Seaside is not only home to azaleas, but also to precious medicinal herbs such as snow lotus and cordyceps, as well as Rhodiola rosea, a plant that helps combat altitude sickness. The lake is also home to numerous fish. However, few people come here, and most of them are adventure enthusiasts.

By the end of March, the mountains, at an altitude of around 4,500 meters, are still covered in ice and snow. The lake is covered in thick ice, allowing people to walk freely on it. In spring and summer, the azaleas surrounding the lake bloom, and the lake's azure blue and emerald green waters reflect the majestic beauty of Shenshan Xiannairi, creating a breathtakingly beautiful scene.
