Located 1.5 kilometers south of Qionglai City, Huilan Tower is a 13-story stone and brick tower built during the Qing Dynasty. Despite a century of weathering, it still stands tall today. Also known as the Zhenjiang Tower, it is a 75.48-meter-tall tower.

Climbing to the top of the tower, you can have a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of Linqiong Ancient City. The tower is a thirteen-story hexagonal pavilion-style brick tower. It is the third tallest brick tower in the country, the tallest ancient tower in Sichuan Province, and the only ancient tower open to the public in Chengdu.
