If a pagoda is a cluster, it is named based on the contents and names of the scripture within the main pagoda. The "Nine Treasures Lotus Bodhi Pagoda" in Shuzheng Village, Jiuzhaigou, is a combined name.
Each pagoda represents one of the nine villages in Jiuzhaigou, symbolizing Shuzheng Village's former political, economic, and religious center. During festivals, Tibetans gather here to chant and pray for good fortune, prosperity, and favorable weather. Colorful prayer flags, inscribed with various scriptures, sway gently in the wind, chanting prayers. These nine white Bodhi pagodas stand majestically at the village's entrance, symbolizing a sacred and pure place.
