Yuanming Palace, also known as Yuanming Palace and Yuanming Palace, is a Taoist temple located north of the Qingcheng Front Gate in Qingcheng Town, Dujiangyan City, Sichuan Province. The palace comprises three halls and five courtyards, primarily enshrining the Three Officials, Dou Mu Yuanjun, Wang Lingguan, and other Taoist deities. Outside the palace, lush jungles, shrouded in verdant mist, create a tranquil and enchanting environment.
The temple's most distinctive feature is its dense nanmu forest, planted by successive generations of Taoists. This area boasts the highest concentration of golden nanmu trees in Qingcheng Mountain, making it one of the most elegant Taoist temples in the region. The temple also houses the Qingcheng Mountain Yuanming Palace Taoist Research Institute, where many travelers and health enthusiasts reside year-round for their wellness and cultivation.
