Introducing Wufeng Tower

The Wufeng Tower, also known as the Fengyi Pavilion, is located in Luodai Ancient Town. During the Three Kingdoms period, Luodai served as the back garden of the Shu Han Dynasty. Emperor Liu Chan often visited the area, often accompanied by his mother, Lady Gan. Consequently, the imperial court built the Fengyi Pavilion and Fengyi Hall specifically for the empress and her entourage to rest. This is how Fengyi Lane, one of the seven alleys in Luodai Old Street, got its name and remains today. The Wufeng Tower, a reconstruction of the Fengyi Pavilion based on this historical legend, stands 23.8 meters tall. Its decorations feature 1,500 legendary phoenixes.
