The Yinhe Lihua Ecological Tourism Area is located in the northern part of Tongjing Town, Yubei District, encompassing all of Yinhe Village, Yuhua Village, and parts of Long'an Village. The area is dotted with low hills, rolling peaks, and overlapping ridges, dotted with caves, ancient trees, ancient villages, and temples. It boasts nearly 4 square kilometers of forest and over 10,000 mu of orchards, making it a rural ecotourism scenic spot integrating ecological agriculture, leisure tourism, and religious and cultural heritage.

The scenic area is rich in plums, intercropped with pears, oranges, cherries, and other varieties, boasting seasonal blossoms and fruit. Plum trees are particularly popular, with a planting history of over 50 years and covering over 10,000 mu (approximately 1,000 acres). Every March, plum blossoms bloom across the mountainous area, resembling white snow from afar and frost-covered ice flowers up close, creating the illusion of a mountainside covered in plum blossoms and snow.
