The ancient buildings and dwellings meander along the Houxi River for 3-4 kilometers, commonly known as the "Seven Miles and Half Side Street." Queen's Village, halfway up the mountain in the south, and Peach Blossom Village, atop the mountain in the west, were the bases where He Zizhen, a general under Li Zicheng, fought against the Qing Dynasty. To the east of the town, the Blue Lion and White Elephant Rocks guard it, as well as a group of stone figures resembling human figures, known as the "Eighteen Arhats," the remains of a former stronghold of the White Lotus Rebellion.
