Vietnam's Fairy Spring, also known as the "Fairy Stream", flows in a stalactite-shaped Danxia-colored limestone canyon, and can be called a miniature version of the Grand Canyon in the United States.
The sand at the bottom of the stream
The scenery along the banks of Fairy Stream is rather ordinary at first, but as you go further, the view opens up dramatically. The stream widens, and on the left are tall rocks a vibrant orange-red like cinnabar, while on the right are vast expanses of evergreen broad-leaved trees. Once you reach the highest point of the red soil, the small city of Mui Ne comes into view, nestled between verdant mountains, trees, and the vast ocean.
May to October is Mui Ne's rainy season. While rainfall is light, it can still affect your trip. It's recommended to bring rain gear if visiting during this time. November to April is Mui Ne's dry season, making it the best time to visit. During this time, the number of tourists visiting Mui Ne increases, making it bustling, and spending on accommodations and dining also increases.
