Tianjin Baocheng Museum, formerly known as Baocheng Stone Garden, is located south of the scenic Haihe River's Erdaozha. Founded by Mr. Chai Baocheng, a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), a member of the Standing Committee of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Chairman of Baocheng Group, it is the first private museum approved by the State Administration of Culture in China. It is a comprehensive tourist attraction integrating tourism, gardens, hotels, conferences, culture, leisure, and entertainment.

The scenic area comprises the Baocheng Museum, the Petrified Forest, the Baocheng Folk Museum, the Baocheng Cultural Garden, the Traditional Cultural and Religious Architecture Forest, and the World Famous Dog Park.
